Tranzacția anului în industria românească a componentelor auto: ROMBAT, cu noi proprietari
Bistrița, 15 martie 2012. Cel mai mare producător român de baterii auto, ROMBAT SA, are un nou acționar majoritar: compania olandeză Metair International Holdings Coöperatief U.A. , parte a grupului sud-african Metair Investment Limited. Negocierile au durat peste un an și au fost finalizate ieri, 14.03.2012, prin semnarea contractelor. Metair controlează 99,16% din acțiunile ROMBAT.
Rombat enters the Start-Stop battery market 01.03.2012
Romania’s largest car accumulator manufacturer, ROMBAT SA, places on the market batteries for vehicles equipped with the Start-Stop system. The new generation of ROMBAT car batteries uses the AGM VRLA technology, which is meant to the cars endowed with the Start-Stop system and a regenerative brake.

Description:

- polyethylene separators
- low water consumption
- cycles life: 8 units according EN 50342 (1 unit = 16 cycles with 50% DOD)
Applications: commercial vehicles and tractors endowed with an average number of electric consumers, and working in an acceptable vibration regime.
